Answer #1:

Yes! Went camping in Glacier Nat'l Park in Montana, two dogs in the tent with me - neighbor's campsite got torn apart by a grizzly bear in the middle of the night. I remember laying there, listening to it, and my two dogs - a VERY yappy Pomeranian and a Basenji puppy, were as quiet as church mice. I couldn't reach them or I would have been holding their mouths shut, lol. But I didn't need to...through all of that commotion, a bear less than 20 feet away...not a peep.

Cut to a few hours later at dawn...a chipmunk tried to get into my tent, lmao, and the two dogs just EXPLODED. They were so loud they woke up everyone around us in a half-mile radius.

Answer #2:

Awwa, your dog is so sweet. I haven't had any large incidents like that. My dog does nice things for me farily often: he'll jump out of my usual seat if I come into the room, he enjoys laying down beside of me whether I'm petting him or not when I watch tv or get on the computer, he always waits like a little gentleman at the door so I can leave first. Just a lot of cute things. -)

Answer #3:

Shadow- Chewed threw his leash that we had him tied to a fence with around a whole bunch of people and then sat down and waited for us to finish our game of mini golf.
Sunshine- She could jump and get her back feet as high as the door.
Storm (Sunshine and Shadow's daughter)- "Rescued" my brother from a lake by pulling him out by his toes, literally.
Samzen- Wouldn't leave my room when I went to camp for a weekend and cried when the bus came and I wasn't on it.
Prowler (cat)- Rubs on my face, like she's drying my tears, when I cry.

Answer #4:

My puppy always wants to sit on my lap in the car. Despite whether I'm a passenger or the driver she is pretty adament she must sit on my lap. She even ignores my partner (who also owns her) over me :)

Answer #5:

Haha...Honestly I have no idea what designer breeds are called...I've seen puggle...Shorkie and i swear I just look at it...O.O staring wondering what the hell breed mix is that...I cant get it, and honestly don't bother to learn what mix they are.

But I have to say I feel really bad that all this designer breeds puppies are coming into this world. Its hard enough for vets to do tests on purebreds...at least they know what to expect. And now this "fashion trend" made by BYB's and puppy mills creates pups with who-the-hell-knows-what-health-problems they come with.

There already wonderful mutts in shelters being killed for the over population of dogs and yet even more mutts are created to just make money. And this just pisses me of and saddens me.

My dog and me bonded straight of the back. When I saw him he was owned by BYB [The owner was a women with 5 kids who had no money and the dogs were fine until her husband abandoned her and her kids. SHE WAS STILL A B!TCH!]. The owner had two purebred GSD (Badly taken care of, the mother was even sick) She had 6 puppies. The owner left them outside the first 2 nights and 2 died (I found this out much later) 4 puppies were left. [I love GSD's and I hated seeing those pups] I couldn't help it, I couldn't let them all die so I asked her if I could take one [THIS PUPPIES WERE SICK...THEY BARELY HAD FUR!] When I went to pick my puppy, 3 of them were just wondering and sniffing around but Saber came right up to me looked me in the eye and when I bend down to him he licked me right in the face. From that moment on I knew I was going to take care of him and try my hardest to save him. So we took a vet visit. I had to apply medicine to his fur less parts and stay up nights looking at him and making sure he wouldn't lick the medicine of. He was a strong boy and made it through but my mission was not over. A neighbor of mine adopted his sister and also had her to the vet, she was even worse than Saber. [The mother and one of the pups also got adopted to good homes. However their was a puppy that stopped growing and died.]

Saber is now 1 year old and a very happy GSD. I'm happy that even though I knew he was sick I took the chance in trying to help him survive.

Sorry for the LONG respond >.< I get emotional.
